We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing that allows for free movement. Please do not wear expensive jewellery or any kind of clunky accessories.
You can have a light snack 1 hour before classes (if needed). Your last heavy meal should be at least 3.5 hours prior to your yoga class.
Please bring a water bottle, a hand towel and a Yoga mat. If you are doing aerial yoga, please trim your nails to avoid any damage to the props.
No. Group classes are not recommended for those with recent injuries or surgeries as the Instructor will not be able to provide close attention and it will be unsafe.
Yes, you need to disclose if you are under any medication. Please come with your reports or your doctor's prescription.
